口底多间隙感染又称口底蜂窝组织炎,曾被认为是颌面部最严重且治疗最困难的炎症之一~([1])。这是由于口底各组织间隙之间相互连通,一旦发生牙源性感染或其他原因导致感染时,十分容易向各间隙蔓延、扩散。感染可为化脓性或腐败坏死性(也称卢德威咽峡炎~([2]))。临床上起病急,发展快,全身及局部症状均很严重,如不及时处理,可引起纵隔感染,危及生命。2015年2月,我科收治并成功抢救因口底多间隙感染致急性化脓性纵隔炎1例,现报

In February 2015, our department received and successfully rescued 1 case of acute purulent mediastinitis caused by multiple gap infections at the mouth.
