虽然新医改进行了“医药分家”的改革,药品不再是医药的主要盈利来源,但是药品仍在医院这个大系统中扮演着重要的角色。药剂科作为医院的药事管理部门,是否做好财务管理工作,对医院的日常运营有着重要的影响。在药剂科财务管理目标的指导下,坚持资源合理配置、收支平衡、利益协调原则,从精益管理、信息化管理、全面管理这个三条管理思路入手,提出了加强成本核算管理、建立信息化管理系统、实现全面财务管理这三项改善药剂科财务管理的措施,以期对提高药剂科财务管理水平,提高医院经营效益有所裨益。
