当前,世界各大汽车企业都在中国车市上获得丰满回报,中国自主品牌产品却在国内生存艰难,“走出去”又面临着国际市场准入方面的法规壁垒。国内的汽车研发,被动的被国际法规牵着走。针对此问题,通过研究WP.29-Blue-2012-1Chinese~([1]),找到1958协议和1998协议中规定的国际汽车法规工作技术要素,结合UN ECE r51.03微车法规技术提案的争取成功过程经验总结,指出国际法规为国际汽车巨头贸易服务的具体实现方式,为中国车企提供参加国际标准制修订过程中维护企业利益的方法。
At present, all the major automobile companies in the world have obtained full returns in the automobile market in China. However, China’s own-brand products have struggled to survive in the country. The “going out” faces the regulatory barriers to international market access. Domestic car research and development, passive by the international laws and regulations go. In response to this problem, we can find out the technical elements of the international automotive regulations stipulated in the 1958 Agreement and the 1998 Agreement by studying WP.29-Blue-2012-1 Chinese ~ ([1]), combined with the technical proposal of the UN ECE r51.03 Micro- Win the successful experience of the process concluded that the international laws and regulations for the international auto giant trade services to achieve specific ways to provide Chinese car prices to participate in international standards revision process to protect the interests of enterprises.
