牟平县发动机厂是一个有30多年历史的企业,厂房拥挤,设备老化。随着市场需求,产品更新换代频繁,新工人大量增加,安全素质差。1984年以来,仅冲压设备扎伤、挤掉手事故就有8起;粉点作业点不合格,噪音合格率为0,最高达116分贝。在这种情况下,厂领导才认识到,必须下大气力抓职业安全卫生工作,他们抓了以下几方面:第一,抓组织落实。首先成立了由厂长为组长的职业安全卫生评价领导小组,协调全厂的职业安全卫生评价工作。
