通过变换工作温度、施加电压、氢气分压、氢气流速等参数,对致密材料SrCe0.95Y0.05O3-δ的电化学特性做了研究.同时,对该材料在高温下的电导稳定性做了初步探索.发现该种材料在高温氢气氛中有较好的质子传导性,施加电压及氢分压改变对质子传导性影响显著,流速对之影响在低温区不明显,但在高温区影响较大.最佳流速可选为 30mL/min.
The electrochemical properties of dense material SrCe0.95Y0.05O3-δ were studied by changing parameters such as operating temperature, applied voltage, hydrogen partial pressure and hydrogen flow rate. At the same time, the conductivity of the material at high temperature made a preliminary exploration. It was found that the material had better proton conductivity in high temperature hydrogen atmosphere. The change of applied voltage and hydrogen partial pressure had significant effect on the proton conductivity. The effect of flow velocity on the proton conductivity was not obvious in the low temperature region, but it was greatly affected in the high temperature region. The optimal flow rate is 30mL / min.
