[病例1]男.30mo.体重 9.5 kg,因患支气管炎入院.给予抗感染治疗、克林霉素磷酸酯 0.3 g(华北制药集团有限公司,批号980401,规格O.3g/支),加入输液中iv gtt.qd.患儿在d2iv gtt该约30min左右出现烦躁不安,呼吸急促.心率加快,四肢冰冷,口周轻度苍白.双上肢轻颤动.体查BP15/10kPa,T38.4℃立即停上输液,鼻管吸氧,给与盐酸异丙嗪9mg.im后,患儿安静下来,四肢颤动动消失,4h后体温降至正常.面色及唇周转为红润.查BP18/8kPa.一般情况稳定,疑为“输液反应”.d3照常用药,iv gtt克林霉素磷酸酯30min左右、患儿出现与前一次相似症状.查BP16/10KPa,体温39.3℃,立刻给予同前处理.患儿好转.停用克林霉素磷酸酯换药治疗,患儿痊愈出院.[病例2]女.19mo.体重10kg,因患上呼吸道感染住院治疗.给予克林霉素磷酸酯0.25 g(生产厂同上,批号98O501),iv gtt qd.患儿在用药d5,ivgtt该药30min左右,突然高热寒战,面色苍白.四肢
