党的十八大以来,基于对中国共产党执政形势和建设规律的深刻认识,习近平总书记从政党治理的高度提出了全面从严治党的战略决策,其新理念新思想新战略系统地构成了习近平全面从严治党思想。其中,对现实起点、历史逻辑和发展取向的科学把握表明其思想形成的战略根据,展现了其思想背后的意识形态底蕴和实践要求,论证并肯定了中国共产党长期执政的有效性、可靠性与合法性。当前,学习贯彻习近平全面从严治党思想不仅要深刻把握其精神要义,而且要落实其根本要求。
