介绍一种同时进行 4路液体灌流的多孔脑片浴槽。方法 :用大鼠大脑皮层脑片细胞外电极记录 ,观察自发性癫痫样放电。结果 :通过染料试验证明 4路液体互不通连。用无Mg2 +和含 2 0 μmol/L 4 氨基吡啶的人工脑脊液灌流 1h后 ,各孔脑片均可出现自发性放电 ,并可维持稳定达 3h以上。结论 :此装置可以同时观察 4种抗癫痫药物对脑片自发放电的抑制作用
A perforated brain slice bath with 4 channels of liquid perfusion at the same time is introduced. Methods: The extracerebral electrodes of cerebral cortex of rats were recorded and spontaneous epileptiform discharges were observed. Results: Dye test proved that the four liquids are not connected with each other. After perfusion with artificial cerebrospinal fluid without Mg2 + and 20 μmol / L 4-aminopyridine for 1 h, spontaneous discharge could occur in each slice of brain slices and could maintain stable for more than 3 h. Conclusion: This device can simultaneously observe the 4 kinds of anti-epileptic drugs on the spontaneous discharge inhibition
