随着社会发展，如何构建和谐医患关系是当前社会及医疗机构迫切需要面对和解决的问题。妇产科实习护士即将成为临床护士，其医患沟通能力的培养是医疗队伍发展建设中不可忽视的部分。计划生育是妇女生殖健康的重要内容，其医患沟通技巧具有专科性特点。本文从妇产科计划生育内容的医患沟通现状出发，结合专科特点，探讨在妇产科临床带教中重视计划生育内容医患沟通技巧的训练，从而提高实习护士在该学科的医患沟通能力。“,”As society develops, how to construct harmonious doctor-patient relationship is urgent needs to face and solve for social and medical institutions. Obstetrics and gynecology practice nurse wil become the clinical nurses, the training of these students on building good communication with patients is necessary for development and construction of medical health teams. Family planning is the important content of women's reproductive health, its doctor-patient communications skil s have the professional characteristics. In this paper, we start from the present situation of doctor-patient communication of family planning in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology by relating the professional characteristics. Its aim was to discusses how to strengthen the training of communications skil s in clinical practice teaching, so as to improve the doctor-patient communication in practice nurse.
