随着中国教育改革的不断推进,中学英语教学改革成为教育改革中的热点。由于中学英语教师对改革的实施起着决定性的作用。因此对中学英语教师进行新课程的培训就显得至关重要。本文对河北省邢台市多所中学的英语教师培训情况进行了调查,内容涉及教师的资历结构、培训现状、培训模式与内容、对科研及新课标课改的认识这五个方面。调查能够较为直观的体现新课标课改存在的问题。这为中学英语教师培训确定目标及内容奠定基础,最终推动了中学英语教学改革的顺利进行。
With the continuous promotion of China’s education reform, English teaching reform in secondary schools has become a hot spot in education reform. As secondary school English teachers play a decisive role in implementing the reform. Therefore, it is very important to train the middle school English teachers in the new curriculum. This paper investigates the English teacher training in a number of middle schools in Xingtai City, Hebei Province. The contents include the qualifications and qualifications of teachers, training status, training mode and content, and the five aspects of scientific research and curriculum reform. The survey can more intuitively reflect the problems existing in the new curriculum reform. This laid the foundation for secondary school English teacher training to determine the goal and content, and finally promoted the secondary school English teaching reform smoothly.
