利用杜层析分析和配基测定法，研究新生和成年大鼠心肌β－肾上腺素受体（β－AR）对腺管酸环化酶的调节差异。结果显示新生大鼠心肌腺管酸环化酶对β－AR激动剂反应性低于成年大鼠，此与新生大鼠心肌β－AR数目少有关。发育因素影响心肌β－AR对腺苷酸环化酶的调节。
Using ductile analysis and ligand assay, the regulation of adenylate cyclase by β-adrenergic receptor (β-AR) in neonatal and adult rats was studied. The results showed that neonatal rat cardiac adenylate acid cyclase reactivity to β-AR agonist than adult rats, and neonatal rat myocardial β-AR less relevant. Developmental factors affect the regulation of adenylate cyclase by β-AR in myocardium.
