苏州太湖科技产业园研发大楼为带异形连接体的复杂高层建筑。介绍了工程的特点和结构设计情况,重点介绍了连接体的选型、分析和支座构造,对比分析连接体对主体建筑的影响;对部分重要和受力复杂构件进行性能化设计。为了实现通透大办公空间,主楼采用了剪力墙偏置、东西两端布置V形支撑的抗侧力体系,具有良好的抗震性能。
Suzhou Taihu Science and Technology Industrial Park R & D building with a heterogeneous connector of complex high-rise buildings. The characteristics of the project and the design of the structure are introduced. The selection, analysis and support structure of the connecting body are introduced emphatically. The influence of the connecting body on the main building is comparatively analyzed. The performance design of some important and stressed components is carried out. In order to achieve large transparent office space, the main building uses a shear wall offset, V-shaped support at both ends of the anti-lateral force system, with good seismic performance.
