研究共聚维酮(PVP-S630)在馨月舒提取液喷雾干燥过程中的应用特性及其对粉体学及体外释药行为等药剂学性质的影响。通过在馨月舒提取液中添加PVP-S630进行共喷雾干燥研究,考察PVP-S630不同用量对解决喷雾干燥黏壁效果的影响,同时考察馨月舒共喷雾干燥粉体的粉体学性质和有效成分金丝桃苷的体外溶出行为。结果表明PVP-S630抗黏壁效果显著,共喷雾干燥粉体粒径无明显变化,流动性提高,吸湿性改善,金丝桃苷体外溶出度显著提高。PVP-S630在中药喷雾干燥粉体中的应用值得进一步研究。
To study the application characteristics of PVP-S630 during the spray drying process of Cyperus rotundus and its pharmacological properties such as powder science and in vitro release behavior. The effects of PVP-S630 dosage on the effect of spray-dried viscous-wall were investigated by adding PVP-S630 to the liquid extract of Xinyue Shu-Ti, and the powder properties of the spray- In vitro dissolution behavior of active ingredient Hyperin. The results showed that PVP-S630 had a significant anti-adhesion effect. The particle size of PVP-S630 had no significant change, fluidity increased, hygroscopicity improved and in vitro dissolution of hyperoside significantly increased. The application of PVP-S630 in traditional Chinese medicine spray-dried powder deserves further study.
