中小型汽油机气缸体上的曲轴孔、凸轮轴孔(俗称双孔),以及曲轴止推轴承座面是发动机气缸体上较难加工的部位之一,且精度要求高。一般生产中小批量发动机的厂家,对于上述部位的加工,均采用两台专机分别进行镗孔和镗削端面。近来,随着产品的更新换代,我们设计了一台专机及复合镗杆装置,可一次完成对双孔及止推座面的复合加工。经投入使用一年多的实践证明:有较好的技术性和一定的经济效益,较传统的加工方法可省去一台专机的投资,约6万元左右。
