用不同浓度葡萄糖和(或)胰岛素处理U937巨噬细胞,研究其对巨噬细胞清道夫受体(SR) BⅠ表达的影响,结果表明基础生理水平胰岛素促进巨噬细胞SR-BⅠ蛋白表达,而胰岛素浓度达到100μU/ml以上时,SR-BⅠ表达反而下降。胰岛素水平的变化对SR-BⅠmRNA表达无显著影响。葡萄糖与胰岛素水平同时升高对巨噬细胞SR-BⅠ明显的下调作用也许与代谢综合征同时存在2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化发生较早,发展迅速有关。
U937 macrophages were treated with different concentrations of glucose and / or insulin to study their effects on the expression of scavenger receptor (SR) BⅠ in macrophages. The results showed that basal physiological level of insulin promoted the expression of SR-BⅠ in macrophages, When the insulin concentration reached above 100μU / ml, the expression of SR-BI decreased. The change of insulin level had no significant effect on SR-BⅠmRNA expression. The simultaneous down-regulation of SR-BⅠ in macrophages by the simultaneous increase of glucose and insulin levels may be related to the earlier and more rapid development of atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with metabolic syndrome.
