目的 探讨支配腹部内脏器官的交感节后神经元在腹腔 -肠系膜上神经节内的代表区。 方法 用HRP逆行标记法 ,显微镜描图仪做连续切片描图记录 ,计数标记细胞的面数密度 ,并经统计学处理。 结果 猫脾、胰、肾、十二指肠和空回肠交感节后神经元在腹腔 -肠系膜上神经节内具有各自的集中分布区和分散分布区 ,亦即各自的局部定位区。支配脾的交感节后神经元集中区位于该节的左侧上部 ;支配胰的交感节后神经元集中区位于该节两侧的上中后部 ;支配左、右肾的交感节后神经元集中区位于该节的中下部的两侧 ;支配十二指肠的交感节后神经元集中区位于该节的右侧后上部 ;支配空回肠的交感节后神经元集中区位于该节的两侧中下部。支配上述各器官的交感节后神经元的分散区则分别位于其各自集中区的周围。 结论 腹腔 -肠系膜上神经节内存在上述器官各自的功能代表区。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of sympathetic postganglionic neurons in the abdominal visceral organs in the peritoneal-superior mesenteric ganglion. Methods HRP retrograde labeling method, microscopy tracer serial sections of tracing records, count the count number of cell surface density, and the statistical analysis. Results The sympathetic postganglionic neurons in the spleen, pancreas, kidney, duodenum and ileum of the cats had their own focal distribution and distributive distribution in the peritoneal-superior mesenteric ganglion, that is, their local localization. The sympathetic postganglionic neurons that dominate the spleen are located on the left upper part of the section; the sympathetic postganglionic neurons that control the pancreas are located in the upper middle and the rear on both sides of the section; the sympathetic postganglionic neurons that dominate the left and right kidneys The focus area is located at the middle and lower part of the section on both sides; the sympathetic postganglionic neuron dominated duodenum is located in the right upper posterior part of the section; the dominant ileocortical sympathetic postganglionic neuron locus is located in the section of the two Mid-lower side. Dissecting regions that dominate the sympathetic postganglionic neurons of the above organs are respectively located around their respective concentration regions. Conclusions The respective functional representative regions of the above organs exist in the abdominal cavity - superior mesenteric ganglion.
