一、《中国人民银行法》的立法历程 《中国人民银行法》于今年3月18日正式颁布和施行,这是我国金融史上重要的里程碑,对于建立社会主义市场体制下的中央银行宏观调控体系和金融监管体系,保障中国人民银行依法履行中央银行职责,维护人民币币值稳定,维护金融秩序,促进国民经济持续、快速、健康发展都具有重要的意义。下面谈谈《中国人民银行法》的立法历
