The bornite, as a copper-iron sulfide (Cu5FeS4), contains 63.33% of copper (Fe11.12%, S25.55%) and is one of the major copper ore minerals and is also an important raw material for copper extraction One (Wang Pu et al., 1982; Pan Zhaotai et al., 1994). Representative areas of the world’s copper deposits are the Butte region of Montana, Mexico; Cancunua, Mexico; and Chuquicamata, Chile (Wang et al., 1982; Fuentes et al., 2009). China is concentrated in Dongchuan Copper Mine in Yunnan Province and Dongxiang Copper Mine in Jiangxi Province (Xue Jue et al., 2000). In the Dexing porphyry copper mine in Jiangxi Province and the Fujian Zijinshan gold mine, the berylite is also enriched to varying degrees (Shi et al., 1989).
