我国政府在采用IT服务外包的过程中,经历了多个过程。从刚开始的电脑学习,到逐渐发展的电子政务管理系统,政府信息化在不断的更新与发展,但不少政府部门面对着信息化的带来依然没有能够采用明确的处理方法或指导性意见,他们总是习惯于采用手工的方式处理文件。因此政府信息化部门应面对于当前的环境改变自身的角色,从运营政府电子政务网站的运营者到管理政府信息化建设的管理者。本文将从当前电子政务网站的现状谈起,详细分析政务网站的不足,并对不足之处提出了笔者自己的观点。
