第一要抓好教育。作为四川省省会空中“窗口”的成都双流机场,历来把对职工的精神文明教育作为一项重要任务。几年来,机场党政工团齐抓共管,形成了结构完整、上下对口、点面结合、渠道畅通的教育网络。这个教育网络是机场搞好职工教育,提高职工政治、业务素养、培育“四有”职工的重要保证。这几年,机场共举办各类培训班30个,授课2200余小时,参训2500人次,自学或送各类院校培训的超过1000人次。去年,机场荣获成都市委宣传部、成都市总工会授予的“职工教育先进单位”称号。由于重视教育工作,使干部职工的政治、业务素质明显提高,对机场的两个文明建设起到了积极的促进作用。
