工程机械用液压缸,其缸体与缸盖的连接多采用卡键连接形式。其优点是连接可靠、密封性好,缺点是活塞装入缸体密封槽位置时,由于Y形油封弹性外涨,油封唇边将被卡在密封槽位置不能装入缸体。传统的更换方法,一般采用布料、铝丝、塑料等将密封槽填平,再将活塞装入液压缸。这种方法既费时又很难保证装配质量,经常出现Y形油封唇边损坏,使液压缸内漏严重,不得不重新更换油封。
