结核病目前仍是全球发病率及死亡率最高的感染性疾病,在结核病患者中,约5%会发生结核性胸腔积液。在机体保护性免疫反应中细胞免疫相比体液免疫占主导地位,其中T细胞在细胞免疫中居中心地位。按照表面标志,T细胞主要分CD8+细胞毒T细胞及CD4+辅助T细胞,目前CD4+T细胞的新亚群不断被发现,众多研究表明其均不同程度地参与了疾病的免疫反应,本文拟从结核性胸腔积液的角度入手对CD4+T的研究进展作综述。
Tuberculosis is still the world’s highest morbidity and mortality of infectious diseases, tuberculous pleural effusion occurs in about 5% of tuberculosis patients. Cellular immunity is dominant over humoral immunity in the protective immune response of the organism, where T cells are at the center of cellular immunity. According to the surface markers, T cells are mainly divided into CD8 + cytotoxic T cells and CD4 + helper T cells. At present, new subsets of CD4 + T cells are continuously found. Many researches show that they are all involved in the immune response of the disease to varying degrees. To review the progress of CD4 + T in the perspective of tuberculous pleural effusion.
