目的 :探讨Lasik术后眼压测量值的变化及其规律。方法 :分析 72眼Lasik手术前、后非接触眼压的测量值及相关手术参数。结果 :术后 1周时眼压测量值较术前下降 0 .796± 0 .2 6kPa ,下降值与切削深度呈正相关 (r =0 .3164,P <0 .0 1) ,与预矫屈光度无显著相关性 (r =0 .2 2 32 ,P >0 .0 5) ,术后眼压下降比 (眼压下降值 /术前眼压 )与切削比 (切削深度 /术前中央角膜厚度 )呈正相关 (r=0 .34 78,P <0 .0 1)。切削比与眼压下降比回归方程为 :眼压下降比 =0 .1581+0 .132 9×切削比。结论 :判断Lasik术后眼压测量值下降的最佳参数是切削比 ,其次为切削深度。
Objective: To investigate the changes and regularities of intraocular pressure measurements after Lasik surgery. Methods: The values of non-contact intraocular pressure (IOP) before and after Lasik surgery in 72 eyes and the related surgical parameters were analyzed. Results: At 1 week after operation, the intraocular pressure measurement decreased by 0.796 ± 0.26 kPa compared with the preoperative value, and the decrease was positively correlated with the depth of cut (r = 0.3416, P <0.01) No significant correlation (r = 0.2232, P> 0.05), postoperative IOP drop ratio (IOP drop / preoperative IOP) and cutting ratio (depth of cut / preoperative central corneal thickness ) Was positively correlated (r = 0.3478, P <0.01). Cutting ratio and intraocular pressure drop regression equation: intraocular pressure drop ratio = 0.1581 +0 .132 9 × cutting ratio. CONCLUSIONS: The best parameter for judging the drop in intraocular pressure measurements after Lasik surgery is the cutting ratio, followed by the depth of cut.
