研究以土壤全盐量质量法测定为例,依据化学分析中不确定度评估指南,详细阐述了测定过程中的不确定评定。结果表明重复试验、量取体积以及称量样品等三个过程在全盐量的测定过程中引入不确定度比较高,因此在全盐量测定过程中要通过更精密的量具、增加实验测定次数来提高土壤全盐量测定的精度。
In this study, the soil total salt mass method was used as an example. Based on the guideline for evaluating the uncertainty in chemical analysis, the uncertainty assessment in the determination process was elaborated. The results show that the repeated measurement, the measurement of volume and the weighing of the three samples in the process of determination of total salt introduced the uncertainty is relatively high, so in the process of determination of total salt through more precise measuring tools to increase the number of experimental determination To improve the accuracy of soil total salt determination.
