2003年6月23～24日,中共珠江设计公司第一次党员代表大会召开。珠江设计公司董事长、党委书记郑仁义、纪委书记冯国华分别作工作报告,珠江委主任薛建枫、副主任黄远亮出席会议并分别作重要讲话。参加会议的还有珠江委直属机关党委以及各民主党派和侨联代表。珠江设计公司董事长、党委书记郑仁义在报告中回顾了过去五年的工作,实事求是总结了取得的成绩,夺得了经济发展和整体转制的双胜利,为公司今后的改革与发展奠定了基础;同时,敢于正视存在的问题,总结经验,查找问题,提出下一步的工作思路。
June 2003 23-24, the first Pearl River Design Company CPC member congress was held. Zheng Renyi, chairman of the Pearl River Design Company, Zheng Renyi, secretary of the party committee, and Feng Guohua, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission made separate reports on their work. Xue Jianfeng, director of Pearl River Commission and Huang Yuanliang, deputy director attended the meeting and made important speeches respectively. Attending the meeting were the party committee under the authority of the Pearl River Delta Party and representatives of various democratic parties and overseas Chinese federations. In the report, Zheng Renyi, Chairman and Party Secretary of Pearl River Design Company, reviewed the work of the past five years and summed up the achievements made in seeking truth from facts and won the double victories of economic development and overall restructuring, laying the foundation for the future reform and development of the Company. At the same time, dare to face the existing problems, sum up experience, find the problem, put forward the next train of thought.
