目的:建立畲药檵木叶中没食子酸和槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为AgilentSBC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml·min-1,柱温30℃;检测波长254 nm。结果:没食子酸和槲皮素的线性范围分别为0.094~0.282μg(r=0.999 9),0.015~0.136μg(r=1.000 0);平均加样回收率分别为98.97%(RSD=1.74%),99.05%(RSD=1.84%)。结论:该方法简便易行、准确、重复性好,可用于畲药檵木叶的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of gallic acid and quercetin in Shea medicinal leaves. Methods: The column was Agilent SBC18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1 and the column temperature was 30 ℃ Detection wavelength 254 nm. Results: The linear ranges of gallic acid and quercetin were 0.094 ~ 0.282μg (r = 0.999 9) and 0.015 ~ 0.136μg (r = 1.000 0) respectively. The average recoveries were 98.97% (RSD = 1.74% , 99.05% (RSD = 1.84%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for quality control of Shea alburnii leaves.
