目的研究探讨舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2015年8月~2016年7月期间我院外四科接受治疗的96例患者为研究对象,给予随机分为2组,观察组和对照组均48例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予舒适护理,比较分析两组患者满意度及术后舒适度。结果观察组满意度为93.75%,对照组的满意度为79.17%,观察组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者舒适度明显好于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中进行舒适护理可以有效的提高患者满意度,提高患者术后舒适度,和谐护患关系。
Objective To study the effect of comfort nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Ninety-six patients in our hospital from April 2015 to July 2016 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing and observation group On the basis of routine nursing care given comfort, comparative analysis of two groups of patients satisfaction and postoperative comfort. Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75%, the satisfaction of the control group was 79.17%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the comfort of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group , The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Comfortable nursing in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively improve patient satisfaction, improve postoperative comfort and harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
