产品设计公司是电子产业链中创意的主要来源,但是这类公司由于规模小、资产少等原因抗风险能力较弱。以深圳R公司某iphone底座产品设计项目为例,通过层次分析法,构筑其技术风险分析模型并对风险进行评价,能较好地评估单个风险因素及总体风险水平,并能在此基础上为更好应对和监控技术风险提供决策依据。采用层次分析法时应正确识别风险和匹配权重,评估人员对项目和风险有较清晰认知并能认真分析和处理数据。
