以新疆叶城县种植的‘温185’和‘新新2号’核桃为试材,观察分析不同芽的发育特点、花芽分化过程以及相关成花基因的表达。结果显示:‘新新2号’结果母枝和当年一年生枝上的雌花芽和混合芽都大于‘温185’,尤其是混合芽的生长点明显大于‘温185’。同时花芽分化质量也优于‘温185’。说明‘新新2号’不仅雌花芽可以坐果还可以通过混合芽进一步发育成花芽进行开花坐果。对不同成花基因在芽中的表达分析结果表明,与花芽分化有关的可能是JrFT和JrLFY基因,而JrFLC基因与核桃花芽分化关系不大。
The cultivars of ’Wen 185’ and ’Xinxin 2’ planted in Yecheng County of Xinjiang were used as materials to observe and analyze the developmental characteristics of different buds, the process of floral bud differentiation and the expression of related flowering genes. The results showed that female and male buds of ’Xinxin 2’ were larger than that of ’Wen 185’, especially mixed buds had a larger growth point than ’Wen 185’. At the same time, flower bud differentiation quality is also better than ’warm 185’. Explain ’Xinxin 2’ not only female flower buds can sit fruit can also be further developed into mixed buds buds flowering fruit. The expression analysis of different flower bud genes in buds showed that JrFT and JrLFY genes might be involved in flower bud differentiation, while JrFLC gene had little to do with walnut flower bud differentiation.
