右旋异紫堇定(Isocoryding)系异喹啉类生物碱,其结构与罂粟碱相似。我们过去的研究已经证明本品对血管和内脏平滑肌均有解痉作用,可能属于非特异性钙拮抗剂。本品较大剂量有抗实验性心律失常作用。另有报导异紫堇定的作用机制与罂粟碱或异搏停比较既有相似点,也有独到之处。本实验采用多导生理仪同步观察异紫堇定对麻醉犬循环系统参数的影响,以期对本品的药理和毒理提供更多的实验数据。
Isocoryding is an isoquinoline alkaloid with a structure similar to that of papaverine. Our previous studies have shown that this product has antispasmodic effects on both vascular and visceral smooth muscle and may be non-specific calcium antagonists. Large doses of this product have anti-arrhythmic effects. In addition, it is reported that the mechanism of action of isoprenaline is similar to that of papaverine or eclampsia, as well as its uniqueness. In this experiment, a multi-guided physiology instrument was used to observe the effects of isoviodecin on the circulatory system parameters of anesthetized dogs in order to provide more experimental data on the pharmacology and toxicology of this product.
