对新疆内职班学生(以下简称内职生)现状进行了分析,指出了这些学生汉语水平较差和综合知识较贫乏,学习积极性和主动性不高,应该迅速提高他们的学习兴趣,以提高学习效果。详细探究了激发内职班学生的学习兴趣、加强汉语交流的途径和方法。阐述了与学生“闲聊”关心学生生活、全力攻克汉语关、通过爱国观光激发学生兴趣等途径,是快速提高新疆内职生汉语学习的重要途径,为探索新疆内职生的中职教育指明了一条切实可行的道路。
This paper analyzes the status quo of the internal part-time students in Xinjiang (hereinafter referred to as the in-service students), points out that these students are poor in Chinese language and comprehensive knowledge, and their learning enthusiasm and initiative are not high. They should promptly increase their interest in learning to improve learning result.
