某烟囱基础由2座加热炉烟囱基础组成,土方开挖深度达9.9m。基础紧邻道路,道路动荷载达600kN,同时基坑开挖正赶上上海的梅雨季节,基坑开挖过程中对安全十分不利。针对深基坑支护这一课题,分析了该工程的关键技术及难点,选择了SMW工法与斜撑结合的方案,实现既不影响深基坑安全,又不影响道路通行的目标。同时对加热烟囱深基坑施工的难点和对策进行了分析对比。
The basis of a chimney consists of two furnace chimney foundation, earthwork excavation depth of 9.9m. Basically close to the road, the road dynamic load up to 600kN, while foundation excavation is catching up with the rainy season in Shanghai, excavation process is very detrimental to safety. According to the subject of deep foundation pit support, the key technologies and difficulties of the project are analyzed. The combination of SMW method and bracing is selected to achieve the goal of not affecting the safety of deep foundation pit and affecting the traffic passage. At the same time, the difficulties and countermeasures of heating the deep foundation pit of chimney are analyzed and compared.
