以三乙胺为模板剂,在氟化氢的参与下,采用水热晶化法合成了纯相的 CoAPSO-5型分子筛。用 X 射线衍射、红外光谱、电子探针和 X 射线光电子能谱等技术对这种分子筛进行了结构研究,确证了 Co 和 Si 对 A1PO_4-5分子筛骨架的同晶置换。CoAPSO-5型分子筛具有离子交换性和良好的热稳定性、吸附性和表面酸性。利用正十六烷裂化反应考察了 CoAPSO-5的催化活性和选择性,表明其在催化领域内具有潜在的应用价值。
Using triethylamine as a template, pure phase CoAPSO-5 molecular sieve was synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization with the participation of hydrogen fluoride. The structure of the molecular sieve was studied by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, electron probe and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, which confirmed the isomorphous substitution of Co and Si on the A1PO 4 -5 molecular sieve framework. CoAPSO-5 zeolite with ion exchange and good thermal stability, adsorption and surface acidity. The catalytic activity and selectivity of CoAPSO-5 were investigated by n-hexadecane cracking reaction, indicating that it has potential application in the field of catalysis.
