针对传统矿用抽水机启动转矩小、耗能大、开关频繁程度小和运行可靠性差等问题,设计了一种基于四相8/6式开关磁阻电机(SRM)的抽水机叶轮控制系统,以320F2812PGFA高性能控制芯片为主控制器,采用DTC控制策略,配以单相桥式整流电路、检测电路、H桥功率驱动电路等,实现了基于SRM的无极调速。在实际的抽水机测试中,系统节能省电、可频繁开关、免维护运行,与水泵机械部件能够很好地配合。
In view of the problems of small start-up torque, high energy consumption, small switching frequency and poor reliability of the conventional mining pumps, a pump impeller control system based on SRM (four-phase switched 8/6) 320F2812PGFA high-performance control chip based controller, the use of DTC control strategy, together with the single-phase bridge rectifier circuit, detection circuit, H bridge power drive circuit, etc., to achieve stepless speed regulation based on SRM.
