毛白杨(Populus tomentosa carr)为我国特产树种,生长快,材质好,树体大,是我省“四旁”绿化和平原造林的重要树种。毛白杨系雌雄异株,雌株少,种子成熟时间性强,以往很难采到种子。长期以来,多采用埋条、埋根无性繁殖育苗。由于埋条、埋根育苗成活率低,单位面积产苗量不高,对加速发展毛白杨造成一定困难。
Populus tomentosa carr is one of the endemic tree species in our country. It grows fast, has good material and large tree body. It is an important tree species afforestation and plain afforestation in our province. Populus tomentosa is dioecious, less female plants, seeds mature time strong, in the past it is difficult to adopt seeds. For a long time, more use of buried strips, buried root nursery reproduction. Due to buried strips, burberry soldes, buried seedling survival rate is low, the yield per unit area is not high, it is difficult to accelerate the development of Populus tomentosa.
