目的测定JWX-Ⅲ型微胶囊悬浮剂滞留喷洒对淡色库蚊、家蝇的杀灭效果。方法实验室和现场滞留喷洒药效测定。结果该杀虫剂在50、100、200倍稀释并按50 ml/m2剂量在玻璃板、漆木板和水泥板3种板面上施药后,淡色库蚊和家蝇24 h杀灭率均超过70%的持效时间分别为120、120、30 d。现场按100倍稀释并按50 ml/m2剂量施药后,在处理120 d内蚊虫RPI均小于50,24 h死亡率超过70%的持效时间为90d。结论该药剂对淡色库蚊和家蝇具有良好的持效作用。
