随着对自身免疫性脑炎认识的深入和新型抗神经抗体不断被发现，很多抗体相关神经免疫综合征作为疾病实体获得确认。同时一些伴有多种抗神经抗体阳性或者表型重叠的自身免疫性脑炎病例引起了临床关注。通过复习相关文献，探讨自身免疫性脑炎的这种重叠综合征的临床特点、机制与临床意义。“,”With the understanding of autoimmune encephalitis many novel types of autoimmune encephalitis and related antibodies have been identified. There are some cases of autoimmune encephalitis with autoantibody overlapping syndromes or phenotype overlapping syndromes, which bring challenges to diagnosis and treatment in practice. The relevant literature was reviewed and the clinical characteristics, pathological mechanism and treatment of overlapping syndromes associated with autoimmune encephalitis were summarized, in order to provide a reference for the management of autoimmune encephalitis with overlapping syndromes.
