目的:通过对《中华人民共和国药典》的初步数据统计,将所有中药按寒热平属性分类,对其所含化学成分进行统计,推测中药寒热平性质与化学成分相对应的一般规律。方法:查阅药典,文献检索,并将统计资料输入计算机,建立614种中药的化学成分与寒热平药性信息数据库,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学处理,进行频数与排序统计。结果:中药的寒热平属性可能与其化学成分比例和特定化学成分类别有一定对应关系。结论:中药寒热平性质与其化学成分的类别有一定对应规律。
OBJECTIVE: Through the preliminary statistics of the “Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China”, all Chinese medicines were classified according to the cold and heat flatness properties, and the chemical composition of them were statistically analyzed to speculate the general laws of the cold-heat-flatting properties and chemical composition of Chinese herbs. Methods: According to the pharmacopoeia and literature search, the statistical data were input into the computer to establish the database of chemical composition and cold-heat flat drug information of 614 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines. The data were processed by SPSS 17.0 software, and the statistics of frequency and rank were made. Results: The cold and heat flatness properties of traditional Chinese medicine may be related to its chemical composition ratio and the specific chemical composition category. Conclusion: There are some laws of the nature of cold and heat level of Chinese medicine and its chemical composition.
