苏东国家私有化的教训以及本轮金融和经济危机以来包括美国在内的西方国家纷纷采纳国有化的政策从两方面宣告了私有化政策的破产。但在中国,还有一些人在以各种方式鼓吹私有化,甚至把国有企业作为改革攻坚的对象。我们必须摒弃这些错误思想,坚持中国共产党的统一领导和中国特色社会主义道路、理论体系和制度,毫不动摇地坚持巩固和发展公有制经济。
The lessons of the privatization of the Soviet Union and the East and the policy of nationalization adopted by Western countries including the United States since the current financial and economic crisis declared bankruptcy of privatization policies in two aspects. However, in China, there are still others who are advocating privatization in various ways and even using state-owned enterprises as targets of reform. We must abandon those erroneous ideas, uphold the unified leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the theoretical system and system, and unswervingly adhere to consolidate and develop the public-owned economy.
