中国电影剪辑学会于三月一日,在北京召开了第二次常务理事扩大会议。出席会议的有各制片厂的二十四名代表。陈荒煤、司徒慧敏、钱筱璋、胡其明,孟广钧、马守清等同志到会并做了重要讲话。他们充分肯定了剪辑学会的工作,对剪辑工作在电影生产创作中的作用予以充分肯定,并号召剪辑工作人员要注重学习电影艺术的知识,提高文艺理论水平,为繁荣我国的电影事业做出新贡献。会上确定:今年五月份在北京组织第一期“电影电视剪辑进修班”,为期两个月,今年九月份在无锡选办副剪辑师以上
