正常排卵是生育的基本条件,排卵障碍是不孕症的重要原因,约占不孕症患者的25%~30%。临床上通过监测卵泡发育并预测排卵是诊断排卵障碍的重要手段,而超声监测排卵是唯一从体外直接观察卵泡的形态变化来诊断排卵的方法。近年来我们应用经阴道超声监测卵泡发育,并结合基础体温测定、子宫颈黏液检查、激素水平测定预测排卵,指导治疗用药及用药时间,提高了受孕成功率。现对113例因内分泌失调引起的排卵障碍不孕症患者进行了回顾性分析,旨在探讨经阴道超声对排卵障碍的诊断及治疗的价值。 1 资料与方法 1.1 研究对象回顾性分析在我院就诊的不孕症患者113 例;年龄24~41岁,不孕年限2~15年。超声监测前均行妇科
Ovulation is the basic fertility conditions, ovulation disorders is an important cause of infertility, infertility accounts for about 25% to 30%.
