在以氯化锌、氯化铵复合溶液作为助镀剂的热镀锌工艺中,溶剂中的铁离子是影响镀锌层的表面质量、增加锌耗和产生锌渣的一个重要因素。目前实际生产中采用的氧化中和+过滤法存在效率低、操作繁冗的问题。本文提出了低浓度双氧水氧化中和的除铁方法及具体实施方案,并将该方法应用于实际生产运行,基本除去了助镀剂中的铁离子,经济效益显著。
In the galvanizing process using zinc chloride and ammonium chloride as a fluxing agent, the iron ions in the solvent are an important factor that affects the surface quality of the zinc coating, increases the zinc consumption, and produces dross. At present, the actual production of oxidation and neutralization + filtration method has the problems of low efficiency and complicated operation. In this paper, a method of iron removal and neutralization with low concentration of hydrogen peroxide and its specific implementation are put forward. The method is applied to actual production and operation, and the iron ions in the flux are basically removed, which has obvious economic benefits.
