对应用于实际工程的O3-BAC联用工艺中的生物活性炭上的铁细菌进行富集培养后,进一步分离得到三个属的铁细菌,它们是亚铁杆菌属(Ferrobacillus)、嘉氏铁柄杆菌属(Grenathrixpolyspora)和缠绕纤发菌属(Leotothrixvolubilis)。分别对它们的形态结构、生物量及时间对除铁除锰性能的影响进行检测,筛选出高效的除铁除锰菌,其中嘉氏铁柄杆菌(Grenathrixpolyspora)为高效除铁菌,缠绕纤发菌(Leotothrixvolubilis)为高效除锰菌。目的在于将这些从实际工程中分离得到适应性强、生命力旺盛的优势菌株,通过进一步驯化后,用人工固化的方法,将其应用于含铁锰多的地下水处理工程中。
