编辑同志:2008年5月9日是我父亲66岁生日,我在家中办了10桌酒席庆贺。在置办酒席过程中,邻居赵某主动前来帮厨师做洗菜、切菜等活计。因赵某是边听音乐边干活,手脚忙乱不小心踩翻了厨师放在一旁的油锅,右脚被严重烫伤。赵某为治疗烫伤住院25天,花去医疗费4500余元。在赵某受伤后,我给了他500元钱和200余元的营养品以表示慰问。但赵某在烫伤痊愈后却要求我赔偿他4500元的医疗费。
Editor’s Comrade: May 9, 2008 is my father’s 66th birthday. I have 10 tables at home to celebrate. In the process of setting up a banquet, the neighbor Zhao volunteered to help the chef to wash dishes, cut vegetables and other activities.
