本刊讯2014年12月31日23时35分,上海市黄浦区外滩陈毅广场东南角在通往黄浦江观景平台的人行通道阶梯处发生拥挤踩踏事故(图1),造成36人死亡,49人受伤、其中,重伤13人,轻伤18人。事后上海市迅速成立了市政府联合调查组,通过现场勘查、调查取证、专家论证、综合分析等,对本次事件原因总结如下:(1)黄浦区政府和相关部门领导思想麻痹,严重缺乏公共安全风险防范意识,对重点公共场所可能存
At 23:35 on December 31, 2014, a crowded stampede occurred at the pedestrian passage step (Figure 1) at the southeast corner of Chen Yi Plaza on the Bund in Huangpu District of Shanghai. As a result, 36 people were killed, 49 were injured, of which 13 were seriously injured and 18 were slightly injured. After the event, Shanghai City quickly set up a joint investigation team of the municipal government.
