近年来,随着我国经济体制改革工作的不断深入,我国市场越发的开放化,对于市场环境的调控往往只是宏观方向性的指导,一个企业能否在激励的市场上站立脚跟主要依靠自身的市场管理意识与能力。在此大背景下,企业在日常经营管理工作上面对内外部复杂多变的环境时,如何依靠内部控制能力与科学决策提升企业管理也就显得非常的重要。而本文主要从企业经营分析工作出发,对于其为企业提供准确的信息与调整运行等作用进行浅谈,以期能为相关企业的加强管理工作提供一份浅陋的参考资料。
