研究了白菜(早熟5号)采后在25±05℃条件下的呼吸、乙烯和活性氧代谢的变化。结果表明:白菜后呼吸和乙烯的变化同步,均呈有峰型变化;超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性、抗坏血酸及类胡罗卜素含量在呼吸和乙烯上升的同时快速下降,而丙二醛(MDA)含量和膜透性则迅速上升。推测白菜后衰老与乙烯上升和活性氧代谢失调有关
The changes of respiration, ethylene and reactive oxygen species metabolism in Chinese cabbage (precocity 5) after 25 ± 05 ℃ were studied. The results showed that both the respiration and the change of ethylene were synchronous with the change of peak shape. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the content of ascorbic acid and carotenoid rapidly decreased while respiration and ethylene increased, Aldehyde (MDA) content and membrane permeability rose rapidly. It is speculated that the post-senescence of Chinese cabbage is related to the increase of ethylene and the imbalance of active oxygen metabolism
