Leing and talent development（ LTD） aims to enhance an organisations performance, the need for LTD to link to the organisations overall business strategy, which also be described as linkage/alignment, is more imperative than ever in this rapid changing environment. This paper aims to explore how Network Rail utilise LTD strategies to support its overall business strategies.
