The qualitative and quantitative diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension (PAH) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is of great significance for the prognosis and drug evaluation of patients. This article explores the application of tricuspid echocardiography (TV-ocho), electrocardiogram (ECG), and phonocardiogram (PCG) for the determination of right ventricular injury-free PAH.
