在不断变化的全球商业环境下,跨国公司的战略选择不似以往仅仅基于静态的核心能力理论,而更多地倾向于近年来逐渐兴起的动态能力理论。动态能力理论强调企业在动态变化的环境中探索其内外的竞争能力。它分析了一个企业在日新月异的环境中如何发挥企业自身的优势来应对环境的变化和挑战。本文将以动态能力理论分析韩国三星公司在国际化发展过程中所用的各种战略,包括初期的多样化战略和拷版战略,发展期的品牌战略和模仿战略以及现在的合作战略和技术战略。通过用理论分析各种战略以期更好地为跨国公司的战略选择谋出路。
In a constantly changing global business environment, multinationals’ strategic choices are not based on the static theory of core competencies in the past, but tend to be more dynamic theory of theories that are gradually emerging in recent years. Dynamic capability theory emphasizes that enterprises in the dynamic environment to explore its competitiveness inside and outside. It analyzes how an organization can take advantage of its own strengths and capabilities to respond to environmental changes and challenges in a rapidly changing environment. This article will analyze the various strategies used by South Korea’s Samsung in the process of internationalization, including the initial diversification strategy and copying strategy, the brand strategy and imitation strategy in the development phase, and the current cooperation strategy and technology strategy. By analyzing the various strategies in theory with a view to finding a better way for multinationals to make strategic choices.
